One review. One written judgement. £149.
A structured look at your real evidence, ending in a plain written verdict: what to keep, what to fix, what to park — and the one change worth making first.
Review calls run Monday to Wednesday, 8am–4pm. You'll pick your slot straight after payment.
The evidence review
How you're found, how enquiries are handled, how the work runs — and the store, if you sell online. Evidence, not a questionnaire about feelings.
The written judgement
Keep / Fix / Parked in plain English, one primary recommendation, signed by Mark — who is accountable for it.
What happens next
Stop there if you want — the report is yours. Commission something within 30 days and the £149 is credited against your first day of work.
What the review looks at
Being found, enquiries, the day's work and online sales usually affect one another — so we look across the business and choose the technology to fit the problem. The technology is supporting detail, not the proposition.
Visibility & trust
The right customers find you — and see why to choose you.
Enquiries & follow-up
Visibility creates enquiries — which only pay when followed up.
Collaboration & operations
Follow-up holds only when the day's information is shared and findable.
Websites, stores & marketplaces
Selling online depends on visibility in front and operations behind.
Automation & practical AI
Repetitive steps handled sensibly — supervised, never left to decide.
Security & continuity
When something fails or goes missing, the business keeps trading.
What the judgement looks like
example format — not a client resultFix enquiry handling first: instant acknowledgement plus one shared enquiry record. Everything else waits.
judgement: Mark Kemp — lead adviser, accountable
Scope, honestly
A fixed-price, evidence-based review with a written, signed verdict — yours to keep and act on with anyone, including not us.
An audit of everything, a sales call in disguise, or a promise of results. "Keep everything, spend nothing" is a valid verdict.
What do you need from me?
Access to the basics and 30 minutes of honest conversation. We agree the timing when you book.
Is the £149 really credited?
Yes — commission something within 30 days and the £149 comes off your first day of work. If you don't continue, you've bought the report, not a commitment.
What if the report tells me nothing new?
Say so. If the report tells you nothing you didn't already know, we refund the £149.
Do I have to use you for the fixes?
No. Take the written judgement to anyone — we'd rather you fix the right thing elsewhere than the wrong thing with us.
Book your review.
