Commission something within 30 days and the £149 is credited against your first day of work. The written report is yours either way.
The work your report names
Whatever the work is — visibility, enquiry handling, the day's operations, e-commerce — it's quoted at our single standard rate and agreed in writing before it starts. No menu of packages: the review names the work, the quote fixes the price, and it doesn't move unless you change the ask.
Licences and tools for your own business are supplied separately, quoted per user before you commit — never a surprise line on an invoice.
