Terms
These are the terms on which you use this website and buy services from us. We've written them in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email info@dynamicstech.co.uk and we'll explain it.

Using this website
Everything on this site — guides, checklists, answers, case notes — is general information. It's written carefully and honestly, but it isn't a recommendation for your specific business. A recommendation is what you buy when you buy a review.
The Business Improvement Review — £149
What you get. A structured look at the evidence about how your business is found, how enquiries are handled, how the day runs, and how you sell online if you do. It ends in one written report containing what's working (Keep), what's worth fixing (Fix), what's worth leaving for now (Parked), and one primary recommendation — signed by Mark Kemp, who is accountable for it.
When you get it. Within two working days of your evidence call.
What we need from you. A completed briefing form at least 48 hours before your call, and half an hour of honest conversation. If the briefing form isn't complete by then we'll offer to move your call once, so the review still rests on evidence rather than guesswork.
What this is not. It is not an audit of everything. It is not a guarantee of any business result. It is a judgement about what is worth doing, based on the evidence available in the time available — and "keep everything, spend nothing" is a valid verdict we will give you if that's what the evidence says.
Our guarantee. If the report doesn't tell you something you didn't already know, we'll refund it. Email us within 14 days of receiving your report and we'll return the £149. You keep the report either way.
Cancelling. Cancel any time before your evidence call and we'll refund in full. After the call, work has been done and the guarantee above is what applies.
The report is yours. Act on it yourself, hand it to another supplier, or do nothing. We'd rather you fixed the right thing elsewhere than the wrong thing with us.
The £149 credit
If you commission work your report names within 30 days of receiving your report, the £149 is credited against your first day of work.
The credit applies once, for the business the review was carried out for. It has no cash value and can't be transferred or split. Your report states the date it expires.
Commissioned work
Quoted and fixed in writing before it starts. You see the price, agree it in writing, and only then does work begin. The price doesn't change unless you change what you asked for.
One standard rate, whatever the work is. Work is priced at our standard rate regardless of the type of work — visibility, enquiry handling, operations or e-commerce. The quote states the rate and the number of days.
Licences and tools are supplied separately. Tools we use to deliver your work are included in our rate — you never see a separate charge for them. Software licences for your own business are supplied separately, quoted per user and agreed before anything starts.
No minimum term, no lock-in. Ongoing arrangements can be ended by either of us with 30 days' written notice. We'll invoice for the notice period and nothing beyond it.
Your accounts and data stay yours. You own your systems, accounts, data and anything we produce for you. If you leave, you keep all of it and we hand over access promptly.
Some things are never parked. If we find a security, backup or business-continuity failure, it becomes a fix or receives a named safeguard with an owner and a date, whatever else is going on. If you decide not to act on it, we'll record that we explained the risk and you chose not to proceed.
Capacity is limited and we'll say so honestly rather than take work we can't do properly.
How we work
Supervised AI. Research and analysis are supported by AI under commercial terms, meaning your information isn't used to train models. No recommendation is made by anything other than a person. Every judgement is Mark Kemp's.
What we won't do. We won't recommend work the evidence doesn't justify, tools nobody will own, or changes we can't explain in plain English. Where something needs genuinely specialist or regulated expertise, we'll name it and refer you rather than attempt it.
Test enquiries. As part of a review we may send one clearly labelled test enquiry through a channel you advertise, so we can see what a real customer experiences. We only do this if you've authorised it on your briefing form, and we never impersonate a customer or use emergency or urgent-response routes.
Liability
We take care to be accurate and to give advice we'd act on ourselves. But a recommendation is a judgement, not a promise of outcome, and we can't control what happens after you act on it.
Our total liability for any service is limited to the fees you've paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or other indirect losses.
Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Complaints
If something's wrong, email info@dynamicstech.co.uk. We'll acknowledge within one working day and tell you what we're doing about it. We'd rather hear it than not.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If we change these terms we'll update the date at the top. Changes don't affect work already agreed.
